In this unprecedented period, the Premium Sourcing team is preparing a quality event in complete security.On August 11th, the french government announced the extension until October 30th of the ban on events with more than 5000 people. This announcement does not concern your event since Premium Sourcing welcomes every year 2000 visitors.

So your business meeting of the end-of- year will take place on September 2 and 3, 2020 at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.

Discover below the sanitary measures that will be implemented during the next edition of your trade show:

Changes to the layout of the exhibition hall

Before we knew the current situation, we had already made a number of changes to improve the visitor experience and foster business creation through :

• Expanded aisle widths

After the 2019 edition, many of you have made this request. Today, this is more necessary than ever. The surface area of the aisles has been multiplied by 2. They are now 2.50 metres wide, which is the average width of CTCO’s aisles.

• A larger surface area

The exhibition sees its overall surface area increase by 50% without increasing the number of exhibitors. The objective is to offer you more space and therefore more security.

Concrete sanitary facilities

In this period of health crisis, we are anticipating by putting measures in place, which will of course be supplemented if necessary by the health measures required by the government.

Premium Sourcing is taking the lead against covid-19 and is implementing :

• The distribution of masks
• The distribution of hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance and the exit
• Ground markings to ensure compliance with regulatory distances
• Regular and thorough cleaning of the exhibition grounds
• The reminder of barrier gestures
• A very wide double entrance to avoid “traffic jams” and encourage traffic in both directions (in and out).
• A flow controlled by dedicated agents, who will ensure that safety distances are respected and guide visitors according to the flow.
• No cloakroom will be set up during this edition. Only a luggage room will be at your disposal for your suitcase.

An unmissable exhibition on a human scale

We are fortunate that Premium Sourcing is an event on a human scale that has always favoured quality over quantity. 2,000 visitors are expected, mainly French.

In 2019, 93% of the visitors will be French, including nearly 50% from the Ile de France region. Visitors will therefore be able to travel for the event.

The exhibition takes place in September, 4 months after the deconfinement. We will therefore have learned from these first weeks after the deconfinement. Moreover, it is an ideal date to relaunch the market for business gifts, promotional objects and textiles.

Participate in safety of all

In order to avoid any proximity, this year, no registration will be made on site. You must therefore order your badge before coming to the trade show. To save time on site, please remember to print your badge in advance.

Furthermore, if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not visit the Premium Sourcing tradeshow.
