Health measures for the 2021 edition

In this unprecedented period, the Premium Sourcing team prepares a quality event in complete safety to promote business meetings.

For this, we are closely following the sanitary measures recommended by the government and the World Health Organization.

Discover below the sanitary measures that will be put in place during the next edition of your trade show:

1. The sanitary pass is mandatory

Available in paper and digital format, the sanitary pass is mandatory to participate to Premium Sourcing.

For your information, thesanitary pass proposes three types of non-cumulative evidence;

• proof of a negative RT-PCR or antigenic test or less than 72 hours (or 48 hours as appropriate);
• the Covid-19 recovery certificate;
• the vaccination certificate.

It can be used in digital format via the TousAntiCovid Carnet application or in paper format

2. Mandatory wearing of masks

Masks will be required for visitors and exhibitors at Premium Sourcing.

 

 

3. Hydro-alcohol gel will be available during the event

Non-contact hand sanitizing stations will be available at the entrance and exit of the exhibition.

 

 

4. Digitalization of badges

In order to avoid any proximity, this year, no registration will be done on site. You must therefore order your badge before coming to the exhibition. To save time on site, you can also print your badge in advance.

 

5. Respect for capacity and flow control

We welcome you within the maximum capacity of the halls and the conference area. Since 2020, the trade show has seen its overall surface area increase by 50% without increasing the number of exhibitors and the surface area of the aisles has been multiplied by 2.
In addition to this, floor markings have been added to ensure that regulatory distances are respected.
Finally, in order to limit queues, no cloakroom will be set up at this edition. Only a luggage room will be available for your suitcase.

 

6. Reinforced disinfection of passageways

Cleaning will be reinforced in all areas of the exhibition.

 

7. Dedicated communication and reminder of safety rules

Reminders of the sanitary arrangements and barrier gestures to be respected will be issued before and throughout the event. Our objective is to open the doors of our trade show in a responsible manner, respecting the protection of participants and our staff.

 

8. Care of persons with COVID symptoms

Persons suspected of having COVID-19 will be isolated and treated by the appropriate health services.
