For the third consecutive year, the Carrousel du Louvre (Paris) hosted the Premium Sourcing trade show on 1 and 2 September. This unmissable event marks, as it does every year, the beginning of the new season for the promotional gifts and garment sector. For the 11th edition, it appeared above all as the end-of-year business meeting where visitors and exhibitors were happy to meet!
A RETURN TO NORMAL
While the 2020 edition was marked by an unprecedented health situation, the 2021 edition seems to indicate an imminent return to normal. With 1,754 visitors and 123 exhibitors, the 11th edition was part of a very encouraging post-covid dynamic for the market. The participants, both exhibitors and visitors, showed a real desire to develop the media object business.

A WHOLE PROGRAM
This year, discussions were held around not one, but two business bars set up in each hall of the trade show. Visitors were able to network in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Another must-see area of the trade show was Print Live. Run in partnership with Must Technologie and Fruit of The Loom, this demonstration workshop offered visitors the chance to watch T-shirts being printed live and to leave with their collector. Finally, to follow the major trends and discuss the main topics of the market, it was necessary to go to the floor where the conferences and round tables were held during the 2 days of the trade show. On the program: a market study, CSR at the heart of business models, the use of bamboo questioned, marketing advice…
