Following the incorporation of 15 new members at the beginning of February, on 1 March, 10 new members joined the Portuguese sales team.
These additions reflect the strategy of continuously strengthening customer service, integrating native speakers covering a large part of the World.
In addition, the Scandinavian, Central European and Iberian markets have seen their field teams strengthened with sales managers responsible for direct contact with the network of distributors who operate with the hi!dea catalogue.
“We are expecting a strong activation of the market after Easter, marking the planned removal of containment measures, and we are preparing to be able to respond to our partners at that time,” comments Alexandre Gil, CSO of the organisation.
