Dalvin, manufacturer of personalised cups and glasses, returns to Premium Sourcing for this 10th edition. We wanted to find out more about its new products from Benjamin Demay, Managing Director of the company.
Present your company and its strong points
Dalvin is the European leader in printing on glass and cups. In 7 years we have gone from being a craftsman to an industrial company.
With one of the largest digital printing plants in the world, with a fleet that can produce up to 10,000 glasses per hour digitally, we are positioned as the most innovative player in the market.
We are the only player to offer printing from 6 pieces, with ultra-short lead times, with only 3 days between order and delivery.
In 2020, we have also democratised digital printing on glass. This allows our partners to market a whole range of glass in segments such as the catering trade, ensuring easy, breakage-free delivery, thanks to packaging developed in-house, which secures the glass against breakage.
What new products will you be presenting at the show on 2 and 3 September?
We are launching a major innovation in the production of cups for the new season. For a long time, only IML was able to produce full-height printed cups. Our R&D work now enables us to offer full height digital printing with all the advantages that this brings: no technical costs, a minimum of 6 pieces and very short lead times.
Why is Premium Sourcing an important event for you?
Premium Sourcing is a high point for us, where we can listen and exchange with our business partners. It is thanks to these meetings that Dalvin innovates every day with the aim of always providing the best possible service and meeting the market’s expectations.
