The promotional products retailer and importer REFLECTS is positioning itself as a multi-specialist – with reduced product variety, but with newly created own brands: RETUMBLER – Best of drinkware, RETIME – Cool watch concepts and REEVES – Smart electronics. The company also presents itself with a modern corporate design including a new logo.
Focus on core competencies
Since the company founding 32 years ago, love for promotional items has been an integral part of REFLECTS. In 2020, the Cologne-based company is taking a new course and presenting itself with a new corporate strategy. This means that REFLECTS will reduce its product range noticeably, but in return it will considerably expand its core competences to become a specialist.
Furthermore, the products are customized ex warehouse at the Cologne site. Because only through a professional and eye-catching finishing a product becomes a promotional item.
Three new brands offer more possibilities
RETUMBLER – Best of drinkware stands for high quality drinking mugs and bottles plus a large assortment of matching utensils. RETIME – Cool watch concepts presents itself as a classic and high-quality watch brand for timeless advertising. And REEVES – Smart electronics includes, for example, power banks and USB sticks, which stand out for their attractive design, practical use and ideal advertising placement options. The new brands are complemented by accompanying service offers.
The customization of promotional items in Cologne
At the Cologne site, REFLECTS customizes a large number of orders. The company’s warehouse is followed by a production facility. The employees print and process the promotional items from the warehouse, but also take care of the customization of custom-made products from the Far East. The customization processes in Cologne include Laser engraving, doming, UV printing and pad printing.
The team in planning ensures that the products are sent to the customization department immediately after arrival, after all, the promotional items should be available as quickly as possible.
