Quality, usefulness and durability: the three key dimensions of the promotional gift of 2020

Cette conférence présente les résultats principaux de l’enquête sur les attentes des Français en matière d’objets publicitaires en 2020. Commandée par la 2FCPO en partenariat avec l’université Toulouse 1 Capitole, nous avons testé l’intérêt des Français pour les objets made in France, les objets plus respectueux de l’environnement et plus globalement leurs attentes générales en matière d’objets publicitaires. Grâce aux réponses de 3370 individus, nous montrons que si l’objet publicitaire est toujours très attendu et désiré par les Français, une tendance forte se dessine dans leurs réponses : ils préfèrent en recevoir moins, mais de meilleure qualité, plus personnalisés et certaines catégories de clients sont très attachées à la durabilité et la dimension écologique des objets.
